Well, it was destroyed today morning. it was definitely supplied. Checked MOX levels few hours ago, and they were more then enough. also, it had 30 hours worth of Oxy/Water/Food, and few thousands of Basics.

He said he was using torpedos. Dunno if it's related.

Any base that was destroyed due to the missile bug has been restored. All should be well now although you might have lost a few hours of commodities depending on the age of the backups.

If the shield is not up, this is possible for the first hit. It isn't possible for subsequent hits. In practical terms, you won't notice the damage as it'll be repaired by the normal maintenance cycle before the shield drops automatically. Assuming a 70% probability of the shield time being up for > 5 minutes, you'll have repairs in the order of (40k hp repair x ~4 ticks/min x 5 mins =) 800000 hp. This is normally enough to deal with this without using any additional commodities.

Now if you have personally observed that NPCs deal damage while the shield is up, then I don't know about this and you should tell me.

No, not a personal observation, just alot of talks about it. Thanks for clearing that up.
But it's only about NPCs, not players, right? So base can't be killed off by 5-10 battleships with Heavy Mortars.
