At the Federalist Party central, we are considering to submit weekly political articles in a dedicated thread. However it'd be monotonous to have just have the article, without a proper layout in order to add some flavour and colours to the whole thing.
So as you can see here, Mike made his newspaper much more attractive.
Any media guy out there is interested to help us out or have his own suggestions on how to make that?
I would suggest making the whole article a single image, so the text will blend or mix well with the images
This could be done with Photoshop or Photofiltre, make a new file with the size of a page, and there you can add the text, but also leave space for different pictures which you can also copy&paste there and then edit or mix them up to fit better, you could use some sort of bars to mark the edges of the page, and pictures to add a little diversity, you can also choose if you want a transparent or a coloured background, finally, it could ending something like how Mike did, but I am not sure if he did in this exact way

Well, it won't be a Federalist newspaper but articles from Federalist Party members (and usually MPs of the Parliament too) posted in various newspapers (mostly in electronic forms) which will be piled in a single thread for the purpose of 1) identifying and clearly defying the political formula and ideology of the Federalists and 2) as a means to show our presence in the Bretonian scene without actually participating in the decisions of the Bret Gov.
So your background picture is excellent for an article to be written on top of that;)
