Greetings all,
I've had the pleasure of flying and fighting with members from all of your organizations in the past. They've saved my arse more than once, and I can only hope I've returned that in kind.
It seems I've come to be the acting administrator for the Wing, or the privateers as you know us. And as Seamus can attest too, I'm ever plotting for the advantage. I have an idea then where we can work together, and hope that it will benefit all of us.
My idea is for us to create and maintain a target list of known Gallic traders. Mercs and other sympathizers could also find a place on this list. We would all have open access to add to and read this blacklist.
All of us gain when Gallia and their new found trading partners in Kishiro and Samura suffer. If we create this list, it means we can target Gallic sympathizers long after they've completed their task and anywhere we might catch them. They won't be able to hide as friendly traders the next day, for we will already have their names and the evidence to prove where their loyalty really lies.
The advantages of this are many fold. Yes, it means the Wing can actively hunt these ships even in Bretonia proper. It also means that you in the Congress or of the Maltese can deny docking rights when needed. For you Ladies of the Chrysanthemums, it gives you one more advantage in finding a way to hurt Samura and Kishiro.
I eagerly await your responses, and welcome any further proposals or revisions you might have.
May the Gallic fleets burn and her shipyards turn to rust,
Gareth Silves

This ship was encountered by my ship the Crow's Nest while on patrol in Edinburgh. It is a Gallic advanced train with an IDF ID. They hugged the battleship for safety so Captain Tallwood did not get too close. They were also seen to dock on the battleship. I recommend this ship be marked as a target.

Arbiter Crow, thank you for scan.
I've opened up a joint database we can use to organize and access the information. By all means, add a page and update scans as you come across them. I've already added our IDF friend as the first entry.
I'll attach the database information below.
Fly safe, fly well.
