It is with great displeasure and reluctance that I send this message out. With OSI's move to Omicron-74 we've taken on the responsibility of maintaining and supplying the stations within 74. After much deliberation OSI's Board has concluded that it is not feasible for us to continue to supply your stations on a regular basis. The transports normally running your supplies are being used to maintain and supply the stations within Omicron-74.

Anyway, due to our recent deal with Boa Vista we supply ourselves at GC, we refine at Lanzarote, we manufacture at Boa and we have everything we need.
