Greetings Mr. and Mrs. Doe, Mr. Gideon,
My name is Richard Quinn, one of the Executive Managers of Interspace Commerce. I am contacting you with a proposal; I am sure that you've heard about the fuss with Rheinland and how IC has withdrawn it's fleet out of Rheinland and you may be wondering "Why would they give up on opportunities like that?". In few words, there's no profit.
Opportunities come and go but the risk factor in Rheinland is too great and the net loss would be gigantic if we were to make the wrong move. So instead of seeking opportunities in Rheinland, we decided to turn on Liberty. DSE and Ageira are both Liberty corporations and we're willing to co-operate with both of you, be that shipping, insuring or funding you. You might ask me "Why now?", I'll answer you "Why not?". The opportunities in Liberty are vast and we want grab them while we can.
I hope I've piqued your interest. I will await your replies.

Richard Quinn;
It is a shame to hear that Interspace Commerce can no longer generate profit in Rheinland through trade. However, it would not be entirely appropriate to put Ageira and DSE in the same situation, since we're more orientated with providing some specific services rather than general-purpose trading, which is not quite what our transport fleets are for. Nevertheless, I assume you intend to keep your financial services in Rheinland running - they are particularly dependent on that sort of thing, as far as I know.
As for a more Libertonian-orientated approach to your commercial assets, Ageira is willing to at least hear your proposal first, and I'm sure our companions at Deep Space Engineering feel the same way.
It is with sincere empathy that I apologize
for hearing of your loss of commerce with
in the House of Rheinland. Such news has
sent shockwaves through the corporate world.
It is for such reasons that I must ask that
some time passes so I can reflect and
examine in which way the economy will
turn. Comes your loss in Rheinland comes
our loss also as collateral. At this moment
we are suspending all actions in Rheinland
pending a formal inquiry. Until such time,
I ask that you bare with us while we fully
understand what is going on.

I'm glad you both replied to me in such short notice,
Mr. Doe, IC is not going to rush things so you have all the time you need to fully understand the recent changes and situation we're in, we'll wait for your reply.
Mr. Gideon, I am glad that you're willing to hear our proposal. As you know, Interspace Commerce has funds, funds that we're willing to forward to Ageira for the G/L Part manufacturing as well as partially providing you with the necessary materials such as Cobalt for the manufacturing. I'll let you consider it and if you're willing to proceed, we could discuss it further.
