We off the NPP would like to intreduce ourselves
once again to the liberties , as you might have
noticed in the past we are around and about anywhere
from penny to NY , eather helping the local new pilots or
hunting down the unlawfulls who dare attempt to harm our
clients as we are a diverse group of pilots who make up the

We operate out off the penny system , which is
why I am sending this transmission .
we have in the past used some of our bigger ships
to assist the navy agains the rheinlanders as well
as used some of sead bigger ships to take down pirate groups .
we would like to ask for permission to posible bring one
or two of our bigger ships into the Penny system where
we can keep then on stand by for when thay are needed
by the Navy or by our main contractor the DSE , as we
take pride in protcting any and all off there assest we see
it as a must to have our strongest at the ready and close
by to assist them all and to protect Penny and the new pilots
from the resent Pirate gunboat and destroyer insedint that took place in Penny .
the ships we are asking permision for intry into Penny and
store place in Penny , will be one cruser class ship , a task
force ship off NPP as well as our Mother ship , she will be parked
in space only till we can get her cleared for landing , we
opperate from her when we are far from our home system
Penny , and she has on more then one trip proven to be a great
assit to us , as she is in for repairs we will list her when avalible .
we do not intend to use our ships of war against any liberty
faction we intend to use them as jump hole defenders to kep
the pirates and other scum out of Penny , as well as to keep
them on stand by for actions agains the Rheinland fleet or against
any enimie deemed so by the Navy nomads inclooded .

As the law says, permanent clearance for foreign capital ships within the Republic of Liberty is not available. Furthermore, you have not told us what exact design this mothership of yours is, it's armaments or its purpose aside from general statements of intent.
Not intending to make hostilities with Liberty is not really a reason to allow your capital ships to reside within Liberty; those that do intend to make war tresspass whether we like it or not. Of course, they get blown up whether they like it or not in return.
I also heard that you wanted to construct a base in Pennsylvania? Is that true? If so, I'd hold off on this until our government publishes legislation concerning base construction. The Liberty Navy is not currently removing bases from the periphery of Liberty, but we consider Pennsylvania to be core space.
our mother ship has been decomisioned there for we shall not need her again
as far as the base goes , yes we wanted to build a base in penny , we are however reconsidering the location as well , currently waiting for the goverment to say whats what wit them
