Achilles - Levictus has been sanctioned for:

Server Rule
3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.
3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Consequences: Moving your ship, selling it, or renaming it doesnt stop us from finding you. We have found your trader and you will find yourself 100 million and change lighter on that boat. Don't threaten to report, don't ooc. And definitely dont try to avoid a sanction by moving things, tracking things down makes Fellow Hoodlum very testy.

First off so we don't get on the wrong page, I'm not mad about the sanction ( Even though I do believe saying "I should report you" or "I should have you sanctioned" shouldn't be against the rules. ), I just want to make sure you know I wasn't hiding from the admins.

I sold my ship "Achilles" to another friend of mine as I was getting bored playing on that character. I also had him change the name because I would like to use it for another character. I wasn't running from anything, I just decided to sell it.

I don't know how I would "hide" from the sanction, when I was never informed I had been reported.

Well I was the guy he sold the ship and it was a normal transaction it was nothing uncommon .. and I confirm his version about the ship and it was me who renamed the ship..
