Gentlemen
The Guild Core would like to purchase a number of your Military Vehicles for deployment in areas within the deep Omicrons. Such vehicles must, of neccessity, be highly durable, reliable and versatile. Rheinland has always been at the forefront of such technology.
I trust the good relations the Guild have always enjoyed with Rheinland will assure the swift processing of our requirements.
We require an initial shipment of 3000 units, to be carried out by our sister company, APM. Please forward such documentation as might be required by our shippers to ensure their uninterrupted transit directly to my offices.

Good evening,
We have received your request and are discussing it. I do have a question for you, however. Could you outline the Bounty Hunter Guild's policies regarding omega 15 and the territory of the aforementioned?

The Bounty Hunters Guild has a simple policy regarding Omega-15. The Rheinland Military has an obvious need and right to control access to Dresden from there. That's why you have a battleship sitting in Omega-15. This is as it should be.
As for the rest of the system - well, it's basically open space and we don't contest anyone coming or going. This makes it perfect as a training ground for our pilots, and doubtless for the Military as well, as there are regular Hessian and Corsair patrols to be found. Undoubtedly, joint operations against these forces are also a possibility as a means to bring greater understanding between our organisations.
There is one exception to this.
We enforce a 20K exclusion zone around Rostock Station. That space is ours. No military or civilian craft will be tolerated in that area without the express permission of the Guild. This is non-negotiable. The Rheinland Military are good friends of ours, as are the Federal Police, and we have a long and distinguished history of co-operation. We expect that friendship to be respected in this instance. We look forward to continuing our prosperous and mutually beneficial relationship with Rheinland.
[font=Century Gothic]My friends in the Bounty Hunter's Guild,
We would be more then glad to sign a mutually beneficial deal with the bounty hunter's guild. The dangers of the omicrons are well known to us, and you are right to seek the finest arms money can buy to protect you in such a dangerous land. I take pride in the fact that Rheinland can offer such quality.
There is, however, the matter of producing these. Minerals from Omega 7 are the usual source for the production of these fine ships. Omega 7 has become a place of turmoil more recently with hessian and SCRA attacks increasing, and slowing production. Due to this, we would like to approach the bounty hunter's guild with a possible deal.
In the past year, new deposits have been found inside the omega 15 system. These minerals, if successfully exploited, could bring a new boon to the Rheinland economy. Omega 15, at present, is also much calmer then omega 7. As such, we would like to permanently expand our operations in the area.
Would there be some way the Bounty Hunter's Guild allow Rheinland Law-enforcment ships to base off Rostock Station? Doing so would greatly expand our zone of influence in the system and allow us to secure the recently discovered mineral fields more efficiently.
More lucrative deals regarding omega 7 security might also be discussed.
As you are no doubt aware, there has been a long standing agreement between the Rheinland Federal Police and the Bounty Hunters Guild, allowing passage through Halle for us, and Omega-56 for them. We are both also allowed to pursue trespassers into each others territory without issue. The Bounty Hunters Guild has long held a working and friendly relationship with the RFP, and I'm quite certain that they would say the same about us.
So we would have no issues with members of the Bundespolizei basing, at least on a temporary basis, upon Rostock. This allowance would not, however, extend to the Rheinwehr or the Büro der Marinenachrichtendienst. Just as the 20K radius of territory around the Battleship Schwerin belongs to Rheinland, so too the 20K radius of territory around Rostock belongs to us. This will allow your police officers a convenient restock and resting location, without surrendering our sovereignty.
In exchange for these basing rights, the Bounty Hunters Guild wishes permission for AP Manufacturing bottoms to transport goods through Rheinland Space. Note that we are going THROUGH - not stopping or transshipping. Being able to ship certain station building materials from the Colorado system and others without having to go through Bretonia and the Omegas to do so would greatly reduce their costs. This would apply to APM- tagged, BHG ID'd ships only, of course.
Thank you for this discussion, and I look forward to hearing your response.
[font=Century Gothic]My friends in the Bounty Hunter's Guild,
Thank you for your kind offer of allowing the Bundespolizei docking rights at Rostock Station. We respect the sanctity of your base, and would withdraw the request for docking, as our men and women can be based on other facilities in the area. However I feel that this may not be enough to ensure the security of the Omega 15 system, as the materials there are crucial to the future of the Rheinland economy.
If docking rights for all law enforcement organizations are not possible, I would ask that instead you allow members of the Rheinwehr or the Büro der Marinenachrichtendienst as well as the Bundespolizei access to the 20km zone around Rostock Station to ensure that no criminals escape our grasp.
We have always had strong relations with your people, and I believe that a bond of trust has been established, and our peoples can rely on each other's honesty, dedication and restraint. Therefore in return we am willing to allow APM permits to ship any goods freely through Rheinland space, as a demonstration of the trust the people of Rheinland have for your guild, which I truly hope is reciprocated.
Hopefully, we will be able to settle this matter so that we may move forward with a discussion about future bounties in the Omega 7 system.
