Please make the IMG ID neutral to GRN, IMG have a case fire in the taus. Why everyone that wants to mine in tau 23 has to kill Council fighters for 1 hour after he gets the ID?

Rephack was removed. Anyone that had the ID before the rephack was removed will still need to fix their reputation manually.
