Bonjour to all of you out there!
I am Gerrard Naville and I lead a loosely bound network of Gallic Junkers who visit Sirius on a regular basis. You might have seen our vessels already in Kusari, Bretonia, or Rheinland. They carry the tag [R].
I won't waste your time here. Although I can't speak for all Gallic Junkers, it is an honour for me to tell you that Le Reseau wishes to repair the bond that once tied our people together, despite whatever regrets some of you may have after what we call 'The Great Deception' around here.
It's my duty to tell you that we consider you our friends, and will do whatever is in our reach to prove it. We wish to improve that stance into what should never have been spoiled, a former alliance.
I understand perfectly if you think you need to know a little bit more about us, so I'll give this time. You probably will investigate us, and that's ok for me. But what I will look forwards anxiously is to a meeting with you, so we can know each other in person.
In the meantime, I'm ordering all [R] vessels to ignore your activity in Gallia, and treat you as friends outside of it. If any of your men needs help around here, just call our office in Lodeve Space Port.
Without anything else in particular to discuss, I salute you.

I'm a little curious as to what this bond is that you wish to repair and where you think it should go from here. We're not too fond of Gallia right now and what has been going on there and we see no need to be a part of it at the moment.

Bonjour Arbiter Crow,
You must know that many of our pilots once flew alongside your Sirian Junkers. If not, you might not have had the clearance to this information at the time, or maybe your elders never told you about it.
You do know that Junkers where among the first ever to establish a relationship with Gallia.
We are Gallic Junkers my friend, and there is no reason for us not to treat you as such, friends. After all, what is it that makes our people different? Language? Birthplace? Come on already, my boys are as good at what they do as yours, and that's because we are all Junkers.

Here's what I know.
I know I was born on Planet Denver. I made my own fortune in a rather unconventional way, but it's mine.
I know that Gallic Junkers once flew with Sirian Junkers. The last of the Gallic Junkers to live among us was Vladimir Tinkerbell'¦'¦and yes he did tell me, but he's long gone now.
I know that your people have demanded we give up all that we have created for ourselves here in Sirius and become loyal to some king none of us knows. Oh yes, I've been to Gallia and I've seen what happens there and if you think I would ever embrace that you're nuttier than cardi fiend.
I also know that despite all the fast talking you still haven't told me what you REALLY want.

Arbiter Crow,
You may save your allegiances to whoever you want. I prefer living loyal to myself and no one else. We Gallic Junkers are in a different position than you are in Sirius, thus the way we deal with the King and his minions, our own way. I do not pretend you to serve any monarch, let alone one of a House you know so little about.
But then, I would also like to add that what I pretend to get here is the same sympathy I'm trying to focus towards you. We don't mind your shady dealings inside Gallia, nor will we interfere with them. We will always welcome you on our bases as long as you don't drive the froggin apocalypse on your tail. We expect the same.
We first thought of asking you docking rights on your stations around Sirius, but knowing how that could compromise you, we would be happy to be allowed into those not located in house space. Furthermore, it has been suggested among us that seeing how space construction technologies have been quickly developed through the sector, you might have a hidden secure base that we ignore. This type of installation would be a perfect checkpoint on our sporadic Sirian endeavours.
Of course, some other benefits could also thrive from stretching our hands tighter... time always ends up telling.
