Guten tag honorable leaders of the Kusari Government!
My name is Sven Hartman, a representative of the Rheinland Bundestag, I have been elected to contact you regarding the current financial situation in Rheinland.
As you must be aware, the financial situation in Rheinland has been critical. Currently the nation can barely hold itself thanks to the effort of Rheinland corporations and the Bundestag, however the situation demands for more permanent measures in order to ensure the stability of the nation.
After weeks of debate in the Bundestag we have decided to look for aid from our closest ally Kusari as a more permanent solution. This is the reason I am contacting you.
The Federal Republic of Rheinland requests from the Kusari Government financial aid rescue Rheinland’s failing economy. In exchange for the financial aid, Rheinland will offer its industrial base to help rebuilding the Kusary Navy. Aditionally the new commerce agreements between both houses and corporations will boost the economy of the sector and of both parties involved.
I hope we can reach an agreement for the better of both nations; I await your reply.

From your previous request for financial aid, many discussions were held by Cabinet. It was determined that Kusari would not be able to deliver the kind of assistance Rhineland needs, alone.
However, this undertaking need not be done alone. Treasury believes that Kusari is on the verge of a new period of economic growth. The exact nature of this growth, and its implications, should be discussed in person.
With this in mind, the Prime Minister would like to extend a formal invitation, for the Bundestag to send a delegation to Kusari, with the view to discussing stronger economic ties between our nations.
It is hoped that the Bundestag can send a delegation as soon as possible. The Prime Minister looks forward to giving Rhineland a warm welcome.
Signed, Shimura Yokitara
Prime Minister
Republic of Kusari
The Prime Minister looks forward to the imminent arrival of your delegation.
Please indicate here if you require media to be present, or if all proceedings are to be made unannounced to the public - using a secure protocol of your choice.

Guten tag!
Apologies for the late response.
The Bundestag is pleased to inform that we accept your invitation to come to Kusari. We are preparing our diplomatic delegation. Regarding media, the Bundestag would prefer to maintain a low profile, at least during the meetings themselves, as we know that its inevitable that our delegation will catch the attention of the media; but the negotiations are something we would like to keep behind closed doors until both governments are ready to release the information to the public.
Some members of the Bundestag, have shown their concerns for the security of our convoy, we would like to send a security detachment to Kusari, strong enough to defend our diplomatic vessel against any potential hostilities along the way.
We look forward to a response regarding our request for additional security, as our delegation is almost ready and we would like to solve the current crisis in Rheinland as soon as possible.
Konnichiwa,
I am Naoya Imai, Chokan of the Kusari State Police. In interest of providing the maximum security for your Delegation and escort, I request that you forward a travel date at the soonest possible time, so we may co-ordinate our security teams within Kusari. We will of course be doing our best to work with your men and women, and would like nothing more than for the entire thing to run smoothly.

Guten tag again!
The Bundestag has agreed to send a delegation to arrive next Sunday, June 3. We would also like to request permission to enter Kusari for a Rheinland cruiser, 3 gunboats and a snubcraft squadron to protect the diplomatic corps, the permission of course would last for the duration of the meeting only. This request is in order to ensure the maximum security of our delegation, as any incident would have catastrophic consequences for both parties.
The Republic of Kusari welcomes the Rhineland delegation. Your ships were received on Sunday, and the delegates are currently on a guided tour of New Tokyo.
We expect that formal talks shall commence shortly.
