First of all you should know that you gave a very heavy penalty. The player was disconnected and returned to the game. There is no reason for the use of F1. Penalties in this game for a long time before Hindenburg and I do not remember that. You should let the player to defend before the penalty. This is not fair. Penalty must be canceled or Armor should be returned to the player.

We are see in there, how can play like a game monster. Why a player doing this.. ?! He were knows about my lose server connection during.. And we were a lot of peps in there.. By the way i will pay 100 mil. for my upgrade.. Seems like no chance for metagamers... What you need for payment.. ? Or is there a chance for payment.. ?

Posting as a direct witness of a violation. (RNC-BattleRam)
When Hindenburg (and, if I'm not mistaken, few other players as well, during that encounter) got his disconnect, the server was going towards the crash at full speed, game was barely playable. You know, carriers flying backwards on your screen at 500m/s and then returning to their original position, and so on.
And, if I remember correctly, those players returned into the game a.s.a.p.
Also, worth being mentioned, that at the moment they were getting their disconnects, Hindenburg, as well as other disconnecting battleships, faced no threat of imminent destruction. Enemy fielded 4-5 bombers, against significantly higher number of battleships, 2 BHG gunboats, and some more. Later, more enemy snubcraft arrived and we've been forced to retreat eventually -but that happened way later, after the server crash.
Note: I'm not intending to say he is not guilty since I don't have a 100% proof of him being kicked due to connection crash, not doing F1, (but I'm assuming so due to the way server behaved at that moment.) and I understand that he didn't make an obligatory post in "Disconnected" thread . Just providing more insight on the situation, in which that happened.
muratubis, please tell me why didn't you ask for permission to stay when you came back online? I hope you do remember that you've logged back earlier than the server restarted. It is really easy to check, and I think that Admins wasted their time to see all the evidence I gave them. Don't bother posting any screenshots, in my report I provided all the necessary information because I had nothing to hide and it was pretty obvious that you have been staying on purpose.
And people who are posting here, if you do not have 100% information or you just have a very valuable opinion about things, please keep it to yourself. I think that muratubis can speak for himself.
To evade any misunderstandings lets make it as easy as possible to understand, from "Server Rules" point of view.
He F1'd and came back. So this means that he re-engaged. And he knew what he was doing. Breaking the rules on purpose is even worse than not knowing them.

Muratibus think that the answer required. I think it is responsible for this fate. Some rules can be ignored in the game. We all do. We all know what they are doing there Hindenburg. But you do not accept it. Seems to have exhibited the typical behavior of the Hessian.
