Your people, actually your kind, have been seen roaming around and they where quite helpful sometimes.
But lately it seems that some of your vessels act violent and strange.

Yesterday, one of your vessels was spotted around our facility. It was not responding to any calls and it was using some strange devices to block access to our scanners.

Our people are not hostile, but I would like to inform you that any vessel seen around our facility that refuses to identify itself and it's reasons to be in the area is declared a possible threat and will be declared hostile by our security personnel.

*the tone starts angry and slow and it goes alert towards the end*

Your ship refused to identify, blocked our scans and opened fire on our Colony Ship with some strange weapons that our scientist believe it was using dark matter. The ship also carried nomad remains and it shot down one Order agent when the agent asked your ship to surrender the nomad samples. That is more than one crime your pilot needs to answer for. Not to mention that I was informed that another of your vessels attacked a fellow Zoner from the OSI company, *very angry* I don't know much about that but it is a black dot on your CV.

I don't have to much evidence to give you since we where not able to get full scans and a lot of the data we collected was destroyed by your devices. Here is what I we where able to put together.

Now, I would like to inform you that the pilot on that vessel was captured and it is in our custody. The fellow is in bad shape. We keep him in a life support tank but our medics doesn't really know how to take care of your own.

We wanted to interrogate him, but we failed since the pilot is not able to talk.
Please come to our facility and take your pilot in to custody.

We still need some answers.
What was your vessel doing around our facility?
Why was it not answering to our security personnel?
Why was it caring nomad remains?
What was those weapons it was using against our scanners?
What are your intentions?

We don't know much about your kind. And I would like to inform you that in our history as mankind, we always feared what we didn't knew, and what we fear, we eliminate. If you want to keep a calm relationship, you'd better start and give mankind some answers about your kind.
