Sehr geehrter captain of the .:j:.Collector,
A ship registered under your name has been caught breaking the Rheinland laws. Please see the Rheinland Criminal Database for further details on this ship's particular case.
Your permission for entering Rheinland is revoked and all stations are ordered to deny any dock attemption.
Mit Freundlichen Grüen,
Rheinland Bundespolizei

Additional note: According to Rheinland law, §2.2.6. - corporate violations, this message is also sent to Junker Congress.
Markus Rixus of the Junkers Congress here.
While I personally cannot be held responsible for this action, I would like to enquire and appeal about this case.
The pilot of the .:j:.Collector was given a warning at the time this incident took place from officer Wach.E.Schessel and was asked to make a registration with the Rheinland Barge Registry. However we, The Junkers Congress were not provided with a time period to make the registration and aware about this until today.
I can understand why the Rheinland Government has a barge registry, and I myself would of have registered so knowing what the consequences would be.
I would like to raise some issues including how there is no information regarding cloaking devices and whether they are restricted. Please correct me if I am wrong however.
I would also like to raise the issue that according to your laws, section §2.2.6. simply does not exist.
By reading the criminal database as well, I have taken note of a death sentence against our vessel.
I find this action rather excessive for a simple trading vessel. A fine may have been more suitable however but docking rights denied against the ship as well?
I find these actions taken against this ship unfair and how no such official warning was given to us beforehand. Again had the rest of the congress known that we had a limited time of 5 days to register, this issue would not have occurred.
I would be happily obliged however to fix these costs. As such I shall make a registration ASAP on the barge registry. Please get back to us with an explanation to these issues.
Thank You.

Sehr geehrter Herr Rixus,
as first: Ze term §2.2.6. is a shortcut for "Article 2 Paragraph 2.6.".
ze rules about ze possession of cloaking devices wizin Rheinland was announced by ze Rheinland Bundestag on ze 4z april.
Zis also classifies cloaking devices as law-enforcement-only equipment and zerefore it comes under Article 2 §2.2.1.
::Renate coughts::
And what do you think, what the term "banned" from Article 4 §5 means?!
Furzermore I'd like to know, why a ship, which transports fuel, between two junker bases would need docking permission at Rheinland stations...
In addition: After talking to ze respective officer from the Rheinland barge registry, I got your intention for hauling MOX from New-Berlin to Puerto Rico.
Because ze above mentioned ship did also transport MOX and was found inside Hamburg, said captain is suspect for embargo breaking; which would also explain, why the ship had a cloaking device on board.
Greetings Rhineland Federal Police and let me apologize for not getting to the barge registry sooner. As I have been very busy these days and just didn't have enough time to place the request.
Now that being said.. A death sentence for a ship moving legal goods to a system and station not affiliated with or in anyway Liberty controlled? Guess I won't question your reasoning here but it does seem a little extreme.
As for the cloak device your asking about. I can understand your legitimate concern over us having one of these devices. The simple fact is the device makes travel easier for us in certain locations. Certain fields and debris ignores the rather large vessel while cloaked so it allows us to move through otherwise impassable locations. We have never intended to use the device for anything illegal. Of course now with this latest development it may have to be utilized just to keep it from being destroyed.
Is there anyway we can work this out without further hostilities?

I can keep this simple. I am the one who is responsible for registering the barges. Why have I not heard about this until now? Tell me what needs to be done and I will make sure it is done.

Sehr geehrter Arbiter Crow,
the Rheinland Bundespolizei Oberkommando is currently discussing about the incident happened regarding the barge .:j:.Collector.
You'll be informed in this channel, what's the decission about it will be. For now, the revoked entry permit stays active.
As for the other barge (.:j:.Forum), you can proceed with the registration in the respective office.
But if the above mentioned discussion won't end in favour of the junkers, the Rheinland Bundespolizei reserved the right to suspend/remove said registration after it was approved.
