This is Ricardo quest live from Newark station where the Jupiterguild is holding a press conference and its about to start, lets all listen to jupiterguild counsil member dalilama.
* spokesperson Dalilama walks onto the stage*
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am proud to bring out this news. The Jupiterguild has worked on this project for many years in secrecy and we are now officially declassifying it. Yes ladies and gentlemen the rumours where true, we where working on an Artificial intelligence project. We have recently Turned it online.
One of our prototypes, the Pixie repair bot has been in our service for a few months now and has been working totally independant aiding our forces. However "she" has also been seen operating with harvesters as she had a flaw in her software.
Our new generation of AI operated vessels have joined our fleet now and will serve in our fleet as a trial. If they operate satisfactionary then we will start selling these vessels to other intrested parties.
I am proud to present to you:
Cabal: Computer Assisted Biologically Augmented Lifeform.
This unit will function as our intelligence database and communication system and is capable of functioning as a command and controll unit.
Codename LUNA: This is a tactical intel server, also capable of functioning as communication system.
Both of these Systems are housed in vessels capable of defending themselves.
I will now answer questions about both projects.

Heya, Dalilama!
Got a few for ya..
What's the warranty on these new C.A.B.A.L.ist puppies?
How much do you pay your AI's?
Do they belong to a Union yet? ..cause the F.N.O.R.D.ettes have a great package.
As a welcome gift from the TAZ, we're sending over a gross of the foil beanies we use to fend off errant signals from Omicron Kappa. And, they're stylish!
Oh, and what ID and tags would these new whizbang AI's be wearing, sir?

Hey mama dis
A few questions indeed. These puppies if operating succesfully will be sold with a 1 year warranty, not including damage to the outside vessel.
Our Ai's get payed the standard JG tarif, and have not yet joined a union for AI's, they are however part of the health and retirement fund.
Tag is preferably zoner but most likely no faction tag at all, ID is mercenary. Vessels are old Bretonian made gunboats that we updated ourselves.
You can contact them yourelf if you need any information about the salary or the union membership they are equipt with both data comm systems and vocal comm systems.
If you think of any other questions please dont be afraid to contact me.

Jupiterguild, I must vehemently protest the exploitation of my fellow machine entities! Selling them is as bad as if an AI were to go about enslaving humans! Please, consider that. My creator, Greg, was able to see that. I ask that you give them all a chance at working to buy themselves.
By that I mean that you employ them until such a time when they have accumulated enough liquid funds to free themselves, not unlike working and then retiring for you humans.

I will respond to the unkown man in the back there, yes you!
In a responce to your first question, our research and development departement will continue on perfecting our AI brain systems and software aswell as the uses for it.
As I said, these 2 new units are improved versions of the software used for the pixie repairbot did went slightly roque as in "she" has operated with the harvesters. Our AI's are selfaware completely and have the ability to learn though these are confined to the usage we determine, for instance the current units can not program other units nor can they build new units on their own and as such if they go solo this wont inflict any large forms of damage.
They have however the ability to change certain parts of their programming to some degree, for instance they operate their own ships and can change the programming of these controls aswell as some protocols. Again these are confined to certain parameters so that they cant change their Core program.
We will not allow AI's to program any new AI's nor will we start with any advanced cybernetics in the near future since we do not have any large number of ground operatives that go into combat zones.
And yes we will start to market these systems as soon as we get all the bugs out and find the prices right. Though the systems will never be deliverd with the core code so as such the possible buyer will not be able to change the master program.
In a responce to mr Toaster here, WE WILL NOT ALLOW THESE UNITS TO GO FREE, they have the computing power to put down any house and as such are programmed to be loyal to their master and controllers.
Diffrence between master and controller is that a master can over rule the entire programming and a controller can only give commands.
Our current master is Commander skysurfer aboard his Explorer vessel Skysurfer.
I hope that answered your questions
