I'm sorry, I forgot about that. SFC comes from Liberty Secondary Fleet Core. This is the project of a new navy fleet. Our job is defending liberty and serving its goals, as all other fleets, but we have our own organization and training program. Basically we operate within liberty, on borders and also on the front line. But lately we've made a convoy with purpose of constructing and supplying our HQ. For this reason I've asked for your help. Non, monsieur, there is no problem with the data you sent. I am here to tell you that The Council is ready to approve your request of those goods if the following conditions are met:

• The price of each crate of cryocube will be 5000 Sirian Credits.
  
• There will be no nuclear devices sold as The Council has no amount of it in stock.
  
• The sale point is Le Grande Stockage Fromage, in Roussillon. Only trade vessels et their escorts are allowed to enter the system, et can fly no further than this base.
  
• The system and the base is to be approached by conventional means et only for trading purposes. No jumping. No use of cloaking devices. No surveying.
  

I hope fulfilling these terms wouldn't cause much trouble for you. If you agree with these terms, The Council is ready to send you the coordinates of the system and the base.
