[color=#FFFFFF]The captain of Cruiser Oranienbaum is Joachim Helm. He was born on Planet Nuremberg, in Munich system. He was good enough in school to join the Marinenachrichtendienst of the Rheinland Military. He is 26 years now and he was a Agent in a Marinenachrichtendienst fighter recon squad for 6 years called ''7th Fighter recon squad''. This squad also participated in recon operations in Liberty space. So Joachim Helm knows Liberty and also some deep hidden corners in the Liberty space. Joachim participated in one of most successfully operations of the Marinenachrichtendienst. The goal of this operation was to get informations about possible corrupt Liberty Navy pilots. They got bribed by Liberty Rogues. The 7th Recon Fighter squad of the Marinenachrichtendienst got enough proves. They could prove that this Liberty Navy pilots were corrupt. Finally the Marinenachrichtendienst managed to hack into Liberty news service computer systems. They have released pictures which shows the corrupt Liberty Navy pilots and some more informations.

With this mission, the Marinenachrichtendienst of the Rheinland Military would try to limit the growth of the Liberty Navy. Because the population sees that the Liberty Navy is corrupt. Joachim Helm's Fighter recon squad got a kind of reward. Either they get a lot of money for their private life or they get the command over a own Cruiser for their Marinenachrichtendienst squad. Joachim and his squad could be more succesfull with this Cruiser.

After some weeks the 7th Recon Fighter squad decided to take command over Cruiser Oranienbaum.
Joachim is the Captain of this Cruiser. The most Agenten are a part of the Crew now, and some of the Agents (2 of them) are escorting the ship.
