Kruger Minerals is one of the two mega mining corporations based in Rheinland. They are mainly focused on mining ore and uncut diamonds; however, over the years, they have made several attempts to diversify. Not very many years after the founding of Kruger Minerals, the management built one of the largest land based factories in all of Rheinland; there they produce some of the highest quality drill bits, crushers, and grinders, which in turn allows Kruger to manufacture, arguably, the best mining equipment in Sirius. Kruger also owns, maintains, and operates Mannheim Station, an H-Fuel production plant which supports the Military and Polizei in their efforts to ensure the safety of Rheinland. One of Kruger's most recent attempts to diversify is Wuppertal Refinery, a shared venture with one of their closest allies, ALG.
Kruger's future is uncertain, and has been for some time, but with new management comes new hope. Mannheim Station is being upgraded, and the Kruger administration wants to double production at the facility within a year, which would allow Kruger to end the unreliable government subsidized production of H-Fuel and turn an actual profit. Though mining operations in Omega 7 are still generating the highest profit margins, survey reports are showing extraction yields are thinning. Kruger has been in this position before, and they know from experience that they must find a suitable site for expansion before it's too late, or it could spell disaster. Omega 15 seems to be the most promising candidate at the moment, but there are rumors of something even bigger. After the great success of Wuppertal, Kruger is looking to cooperate even more with ALG; there are even talks of breaking into the High-temperature Alloys market, though in the face of Daumann's monopoly it will be tough.
Kruger Minerals has been given the chance to turn itself around, finally, from the catastrophe of the 80 Years War, but can they? The new administration is going to streamline and reorganize the corporation, focus on what they're good at, efficiency will be their motto. The times are changing for Kruger, and it's about time, but the question is ... is it for the better, or worse? Some may call it a gamble, but no risk, no reward! If they lose, they don't lose much, but if they win, they will once again reign as one of the richest, most powerful corporations in all of Rheinland, maybe even Sirius ...
Many consider Essen to be Kruger's Headquarters, and that used to be true but no longer is. They have recently moved their headquarters to the New Richtofen Manufacturing Facility on Planet New Berlin for reasons unreleased. Not to degrade Essen's importance, the CEO still has an office there and spends quite a bit of time, but the focus of the station has been geared towards manufacturing rather than command. Manufacturing mining equipment has been a solid earner for Kruger soon after their creation, instead of ignoring it, the new management plans to use it.
Mannheim Station (Frankfurt):
Mannheim was originally built by Daumann, but after Kruger's failed attempt to terraform Planet Holstein, a deal was worked out. Kruger received Mannheim, in exchange for Holstein. This was largely thought to be a bad move on Kruger's part, but Kruger's new management thinks that appraisal is very short sighted. Having Rheinland's only domestic source of H-Fuel, if used correctly, makes Kruger untouchable; another part of the corporation that was largely ignored for so long, now with plans to be turned into a huge earner, possibly the turning point Kruger has been waiting for.
Elbich Station (Omega 7):
Elbich is Kruger's main mining hub, being located in Omega 7, made it one of Kruger's most active stations, for good and bad. The station has been attacked more times that anyone can remember, and the loss of miner's lives is staggering. But Elbich Station is by far is the most profitable station Kruger has. The Director of Mining Operations for Kruger has his office located at this station, but the future of Elbich and Kruger's future work in Omega 7 is very uncertain, with resources dwindling the systems hostilities are proving very uneconomical.
Bautzen Station (Dresden):
Built in 288A.S., shortly after the construction of the New Berlin to Dresden Jump Gate, Bautzen station supported the Kruger Minerals mining operations in the Dresden system. Smaller than the rival Daumann facility Leipzig, Kruger chose to focus solely on the extraction of diamonds from the shifting clouds and rogue asteroids that populate Dresden. As the diamond fields are nearly completely empty, thanks to Kruger's rapid strip mining, the company is rather baffled as to just what to do with Bautzen itself. It is now the location of the Omega Initiative, an aggressive attempt to secure as many mining fields as they can to secure a strong future in the mineral extraction market.
New Richtofen Manufacturing Facility (Planetside, Planet New Berlin):
New Richtofen, an almost unknown Kruger asset, has been one of Kruger's most stable sources of income. Largely ignored by past Boards and CEOs, the factory has evolved into something more than a factory; it's now a complex. Spanning more than 500,000 square meters, the is one of the largest planet based facilities in Rheinland. Due to the security of Richtofen, along with the preference of many of the older board members to stay planetside, they have moved the headquarters and all the data servers for the corporation to the facility. The facility manufactures drill bits, crushers, and grinders that are used in all types of mining equipment, everything from the smallest planetside companies to the corporations spanning Sirius. This facility is to be one of Kruger's most promising prospects.
Wuppertal Facility (Koeln):
Even though Kruger has little to do with the administration of this facility, they do play an active part in the day to day operations. Kruger has located their Office of Public Relations there due to the impartial location. Kruger's presence in Wuppertal is another step down the line to an almost inevitable merger.

This is currently a work in progress, will be updating parts and adding a history of the faction. Also I will be adding colors and graphics to make it "pretty". I'd appreciate any questions/comments/suggestions, please keep in mind we're quite new.
We are recruiting! If you're interested in helping out please reach me on skype.
Daumann is the biggest competitor of Kruger. I would suggest add them along with IMG to unfriendly. As for the rest of the post is okay, no surprise or any inconsistency either, hope to meet you in space too.
I like attempts to revive Kruger rp. It is an addition to the gameplay if the house corporations actually exist.
I hope that this Kruger faction does not focus on provoking war between Kruger and... pretty much everybody else, as the Kruger| faction did.
Also perhaps be careful, you have aggressive rivals inside the Kruger players who will likely try to push through their interpretation of a very radical, extremist Kruger.
@SpaceTime - I'll consider moving DHC to neutral, but for the time being neither IMG nor DHC will be designated as unfriendly. Both are legally recognized in Rheinland, and quite honestly we need to worry more about ourselves than others. That's why I chose Neutral, it's more of "we don't care". If they leave us alone, we'll leave them alone. Profit will trump politics in the new Kruger RP. Now if either of those two stand in the way of Kruger profit, then things will change, and they will change quickly.
@Jack - I agree, specially because Kruger has such an integral part of Rheinland RP, which is often ignored. *bias* No war! Peace and love and all that jazz! Seriously though, conflict costs Kruger credits ... credits we don't have. So my goal is to keep as many positive or neutral relationships as I can, but at the same time making factions that cross us have consequences for their actions. I will attempt to be as fair as I can, and speaking of which, I hope if there are Kruger Indies out there purposely trying to start trouble they will be considered outside the influence of this faction.
@Lukasz - Not sure if I do have enough energy, though, how's it go? If you want something done right, do it yourself! I found myself being very critical of other Kruger groups, figured I don't have that right unless I make an attempt myself. You know, we could really use some OG Kruger ... feel like coming back?

Don't worry.:)Only [Kruger] actions are yours, ofc. Everything else would be bad style.
