bribe bug

I try and buy a bribe (with any char) Freelancer closes. No matter what ship or bribe I buy its all the same. I have looked for this but but with no luck have not seen a post for it.
If there is anyone that knows about this? Please send link or explain what is going on, so I might be able to fix it. Its tuff making ships and fixing reps.
