Gallic civilian weapons with FL ID

Basicaly what title says...

According to nerf chart, gallic stuff should be guns=100% and ships=90%

I am using two gallic pulses class 8 with 2 wilfires and two PGs on a Marrauder with a FL ID.

Those nerfs aren't yet implanted.

As far as i know, tech nerf for FL ID remained pretty much the same since .86 update 1. If this really is a bug... Nobody noticed because gallic civilian weapons are curently being the worst in performance so hardly anyone is using them (much like gunboat solaris and missiles).
