Question: cloak thresholds (who can cloak and who cannot)

Hello dear Devs, I have some questions and a request:

1. Light Cloaks

The Light Cloaking Device needs 25 cargo and works with ships up to 120 cargo.

=> Question: Why 120? I would understand that it is not wanted that heavy bombers cloak. But right now, two 3-slot bombers can. Thor and the Eclipse.

This seems rather random, as it excludes similar ships (big shields, 3-slot bombers).

Suggestion: Either all heavy bombers can cloak or none. Allowing 2 makes no sense.


2. Small player base admin rights

Player base security is important. We have seen with the IDF bases what can be done when passwords get abused. Lol-rape is the term I have heard and that describes it rather well.

Now, if you have a base, you know you need to have people with the password. You need 4-5 players that need to have access to keep everything in order, also on weekends, during holidays, etc...

The most basic commands that the "little base admin" needs are:

/base login
/shop
/shield mode off

That's all you need on a daily basis.

=> Suggestion: Can we have a security setting that allows the "big base admin" to hand out a PW with restricted rights that can only do these 3 commands?

This would help enormously, because limiting the numbers of people who can destroy modules, block the buyin of goods, etc automatically reduces the risk of vandalizing and "lol-rape".

You think you can trust people. IDF desaster has proven otherwise.

That's why I would like to have such a "little base admin" that can only use the mostly used and important commands but cannot mess things up.

Waran is a heavy bomber, it does not have a dedicated CD slot for balancing reasons (which I disagree with, but *shrug*). Your opinion might be a little more valid if you weren't misrepresenting your data: 4/7 Heavy Bombers can use the cloak, three cannot. Only the IMG Nanda Devi, Rogue Barghest, and the RM Fafnir.

IMG can use the Pytho (90%), Roc, and Waran
Rogues can use the Roc (90%), Waran (90%), Broadsword, Cutlass, and the Havoc Mk II
Mollys can use the Roc (90%), Waran (90%), Broadsword, Cutlass, and the Thor (90%, oh look a heavy bomber)
RM can use the Mjolnir (SHF), Bergelmir, Roc, and Waran

Frankly, this is great. It forces Rogues who want to cloak to use something other than the Barghest, diversifying liberty

My suggestion would be to set the limits for the cloaks to:
Light:
200 - all snubs or...
255 - this would include the Grizzly but sadly also the Bottlenose.

Medium:
1000 - so it includes all BCs or
1250 - so some smaller transports becomes interesting keeping this in mind.
