Good Kanzler, allow me to introduce myself as Congressman Richard van Pelt of the Junkers. I am the Director of Rheinland operations for the Congress, and am coming to you with an offer of, not aid, for your people are self sufficient and strong, but assistance.

We were contacted in space by Heinrich Mentzen, a business man working for Kruger, Daumenn Heavy Construction, and ALG. There is a base, recently destroyed in a terrorist attack, that he informed me of, and has enlisted our assistance in rebuilding. Myself and my fellow Congressmen are equipped to rebuild said base in the shortest possible amount of time, allowing Rheinland to continue whatever plans it had for said space station with the shortest possible interruption.

There are certain issues that must first be addressed however, and Mr. Mentzen has suggested I direct those concerns to yourself, the highest authority.

Greetings Kanzler.

Allow me to introduce myself I am James Trenton Deputy Arbiter for the Junker Congress.

Richard Van Pelt has been called away and isn't in contact at the moment.
So in light of that I am stepping in to continue this conversation.
The request was simple but now things are getting complicated.

In the past we have done things in order to show you we are not against you.
Even when you did not support us and punished us for other people's crimes.
We do obey your laws even when it directly interferes with our business.

Now one of your ships in Liberty chose to run from the Navy and use Rochester as a hideout.
This is completely unacceptable.
This blatant disregard for our station and its safety disturbs me greatly.
I know your at war but it is not our war.

You ban our barge and ordered it to be killed on sight.
Now your leading the Navy to our home and bringing us more heat.
I'm confused as to why you treat us this way?

I have asked the Rheinland military and the Bure of the marineinteligenz whether there were any Rheinland military vessels sent to New York space the day your evidence was made.

Their answer was no.

You have to understand that only a fool would go to New York space with Rheinland military technology and even try to hide from a massive Libertonian fleet on a junker base.

But be advised Herr James Trenton, there might be people who would like to start a conflict between us what would not bring any fruits for either side. If the person who got his hands on the Rheinland military vessel is still at your station I suggest his immediatelly elimination.
