Dear High Command of the Liberty Navy,

I must say it's been quite a surprise to find out that you probably lost a carrier of your own due to nomad infestation. Anyway, the vessel has been spotted two days ago - I am sorry for the delay on the information - at Norfolk shipyard. Due to some damage to my vessel after that incident there is only one guncam shot I can provide, my repair crew worked hard to get more out of the blackbox but that's all they could secure: ###GUNCAM SACRAMENTO###

As far as I can tell there's been at least 5 different nomad remains - and I think they're still active - aboard the Sacramento and the vessel is able to cloak. That's why I lost her right in front of Norfolk.
I hope you and your men can get a hand on that vessel as soon as possible and may they even be successful in rescuing parts of the crew alive.

I appreciate your answer and any information about the Sacramento will be shared with the Liberty Navy as soon as possible. I understand that it is quite a - let's hope only temporarily - loss you have to deal with.
If there's any chance I might be able to help you on the attempt to regain control of stated vessel don't hesitate to contact me. This mission is not only to avoid any danger to the Republic but also to rescue those aboard who might not be under the control of the nomads.
