You may not know my name, but I am J. Peter Bachmeier, IV, recently chosen to represent my region, South Esslingen, of Planet Stuttgart in the WVS. Not the most glorious of jobs, but it is one that I take very seriously. Our region is one of the biggest growers of quality tobacco on the entire planet (possibly even the sector) and as such, I imagine a fine company such as yours may be interested in the bulk purchase of such tobacco, as well as the blue jillies and fine luxury foods grown here on Stuttgart.
So I thought that perhaps we could reach a deal in the matter to ensure that your clients are well supplied with the finest of Stuttgart's products and my region can be happy to know we have a quality buyer lined up. I also wonder if perhaps we could purchase some of the older liners and transport ships you may have at your disposal. Rumor has it that you frequently upgrade to the newest, best models (as is fitting for your fine corporation) and, as such, have an increasing pile of older models laying around.

I have known of Stuttgart's renown as one of der best growers of produce, even if it has fallen under... tougher times. However before I make mein decision, I would like to sample some of this tobacco myself. Und if you have any other food groups you wish to propose bring them as well. Orbital will provide quarters for you, und any guests should you choose up to four.
As for der Liner. You must understand Orbital is not in der business of handing those things out. Even our older models are still quite expensive. But that is something to discuss in person Ja? Call me old fashioned, but I like meeting my business partners in person, und in private. If you require transport I can have one of mein personnel pick you up, as you know Stuttgart is just a hop away from Baden Baden.

Good evening.
My employer CEO Andrew Bellingham has sent this my way due to a concern, concerning Rheinland Laws. As current, Orbital cannot ship Tobbacco. However, Mr Bellingham is in the motions of contacting the government of Rheinland on this issue, due to the recent independent survey of Orbital showing that Orbital as a whole is not a Libertionan Faction.
In making this I ask you J. Peter Bachmeier, IV to show your support to your government in reducing the number of goods we are not allowed to ship with in our logistical fleets around Rheinland, and from Rheinland to Kusari, Omega's and Bretonia.
