Basic Alloy all restarts main but not at malta

can someone give me a good reason why all restart places accept malta? as far as i can see its the only place that doesnt have basic alloy on a restart point,
might be an idea to sell it there as well?

Also, did you cheked others nearby OC bases? if there is no basics on OC bases so you need to take that to devs. because all factions should have acces to basic things for base construction. otherwise they wont have any base at all. of cource you can always hire someone, but this proves dangerous for your base.

The only place in Outcast omicron space that sell BA is in Omicron-85. I just checked FL stat.

Not every place has easy access to every good. This is by design. Omicrons, Tau space, and most of the Omegas have a hard time accessing Basic Alloy. Live with it.
