Notice to all ship pilots:
Due to the recent inability of the OZ to grasp just exactly what negotiating means, it is now necessary that the Bounty Hunters Guild Core remind them of this.
Effective immediately and until further notice, there is a 20K exclusion zone around Murillo Mining station in Omicron Zeta. All ships in this area will be considered hostile to the Bounty Hunters Guild Core and destroyed. Murillo Mining will also be targeted and destroyed unless a negotiated settlement similar to the one previously reached between those Zoners in the Omicrons and Sirius who actually have intelligence is reached between the OZ and the Guild Core.
(You can also consider that a request for someone like Ambassador Holiday to kick some sense into these people. Seriously ... they're really, REALLY starting to irritate me.)
Note that our requests (or demands) are quite simple. They surrender to us, publicly renounce their affiliation with the Order, that Murillo be declared an open base similar to every OTHER Freeport, with a 5K NFZ, with open docking rights for our ships as well as everyone else, and if their ships encounter ours and they happen to have Nomad specimens on board and we demand them, that they turn them over to us. They meet these requests, we quit shooting them. They don't meet these quite reasonable requests - which every OTHER Zoner base in the Omicrons has done - and we destroy them.
Seriously - whatever happened to the desire of Zoners to negotiate and talk things through? These folks just want to shoot it out - and we all know how that will end.

first of all... not every Freeport has a 5k NFZ, for example, Freeport 11...
I was shocked to see the subject of this communication, quite a difference between blockading a station and blockading a whole system. Whew...

Don't mistake the actions of a few for the desire of the whole body of Zoners...
Few days ago, I went on Minor to pay homage to those who died against the nomad.
I see that waste of human life. I see the desolated planet haunted by the million who was unable to evacuate.
I though that can change your vision of how pointless is a war between human.
But you are not that kind of man I'm afraid. Compassion is something you lost with your first murder I guess.
That's why we left the omicron, your presence...
This time I'll keep Mr Keynes and the Sapientia far of your men. Even If Mr Keynes will be happy to crush your Mako again. To much blood as been spread.
I wonder how you can manage a blockade after the lost of your whole fleet.
Anyway it's your choice.
I hope to not be there if one day you come in our desolated land.

I'm with Administrator Orphelia, don't judge us all for the actions of a few. These OZ people aren't the first Zoner group to negotiate via gun. If they do, they are NOT Zoners and will not be supported, at least not by TAZ. That is all I am going to say on this matter.
* On Livadia bar, Crimson is with a group of ... people who enjoy alcoholic drinks *
- one of the appreciators - Where the hell is Murilo?!!
- Crimson - *hic* i don't know!!!
- another appreciator - Who cares?! As long they don't come here and spill our drinks! *every one of the group agrees*
- Crimson - To bad is *hic* another Zoner group involved!!
* every one all agree and make a sad face*
- one appreciator on the back - A toast to all our brothers and sisters that have fallen.
* every one rise ... some with more difficulties .. to toast *
- Crimson - No!!
- one of the appreciators - Why Crimson?!!
- Crimson - Because my bottle is *hic* empty!!! *he goes to the bartender and gets another one and joins he group * To Freeport 7 ... to all of the inocents that died at the hands, not only of the jellys, but even more stupid humans! Cheers.
* all drink and one says to Crimson * - Crimson ... you didn't made any hiccups!!
- Crimson - I didn't?! No i didn't *smiles* ... *hic* GODDAMMIT!!!
Allow me to make this perfectly clear.
OZ Stand alone in this dispute, do not let our actions
colour your view or opinions of the rest of the Zoner
community.
We are sorry for the course this has taken,
we have made a great deal of effort to negotiate
with these people in private but sadly it has born
no fruit.
We, the OZ, will refuse to surrender for a crime we
did not commit and despite the esteemed Guildmasters
request of Murilo becoming a Freeport to his Guild he
fails to mention that this has indeed been offered to him
on a silver plate.
Whilst we understand we have a responsibility to
you, due to the general opinion that we act as one,
we cannot accept surrender terms whilst claiming to
be setting up a safe haven for free people.
I understand that you may see it as selfish that
we put our own ideals before the political interest
of Zoners as a whole.
However as I do this, I hope so do you
and that you shall do your best to
keep out of this conflict.

Marvin, John - we've had our disagreements in the past. At no times have we ever had issues with the [TAZ], and after the past unpleasantness was concluded, we've had no issues with Freeport 11 or with your administration of it, or the fairness of your rulings.
I find myself in complete agreement with you. Someone who professes to be a Zoner, yet would rather have guns do the talking instead of actually negotiating in good faith, is not any kind of Zoner we know and can work with. Obviously, we of the Guild are rather notorious for allowing OUR guns to do the talking - since that is our job, after all - but after the comments by Elder Mikrosh - why would I even consider the words from someone who's not in charge of the station, but is instead some apparent public relations flack?
Good luck in all your endeavors, and if you need our assistance - especially against the Gallic barbarians - let us know. We'll be glad to take bounties against them.
Max

I would like to enforce Mrs O'hanna's words. Our actions should not be taken upon
the other zoners. We are in this mess alone.
I would also like to ask a few questions for you, on this public connection Mr DeVirgo.
You, Mr DeVirgo waged war upon us for this words:
Mikrosh Ancestor Wrote:I would like to confirm the fact that we do work with The Order. We do help them to
secure Omicron Zeta, we can only spare our forces for Zeta at the moment. But, we only help The Order to fight non-humans. I would like to assure you that we plan to
stay neutral to anyone as much as possible.
Mikrosh Ancestor Wrote:Another point I would like to clarify is that *puffs long from he's cigar* we work with Order
not for the Order. We work with them to hunt nomads as well as we work with anyone that
fights the nomads.
While you Mr DeVirgo, state this:
Max DeVirgo, Guildmaster Wrote:"we will still fight WITH the Order against the Nomads"
Why do you wage war on someone for doing the exact thing you and your people do sir?
You hate us because we love the human race, and we will ally with anyone willing to put
up a fight in against the jellies? I have assured you several times that we ONLY helped the
Order with the Nomads, you also state that you fight the Nomads with the Order, but still
you wage war upon us?
How is this possible Mr DeVirgo?
Why do you want a war that will divert us all from fighting the nomads. Why do you want
us all to loose people, pilots that could fight the Nomads instead?
We also offered you safe harbor and free repairs on our station before you started to
assault us.
Anyway, I hope the lives on all sides won't be wasted in vain..,
I also hope that while we fight, the nomads won't come and
finish us all.
Another territorial claim...Phoenix ships will continue to travel via Omicrons as we did so far...and we will defend ourselves...anyway I am tired of your recent claims and threats...Leave us alone and we shall go our own way.

Your words here give lie to the comments that your people have said when confronted outside Murillo Station. So someone isn't telling the truth.
Also, you're forgetting one relatively minor detail.

Ancestor out.
We only tolerate the Order in the event a Nomad vessel shows up while we're fighting them. Otherwise they are our bitter enemies as they have proven time and time again. So you're not likely to find them docked at our stations, are you? Whereas you are providing them a forward base to stage their operations against us by working with them. To you it may seem semantics. To us, it may be the difference between life and death.
The only deaths that will be in vain will be of your people for failing to comply with our demands. (You seem to be failing in comprehending something here - we're not seeking special dispensations for our people - we're seeking to PREVENT the Order from receiving any advantages. Ask the Omicroners how many of their people died because the Order was staging ships out of Freeport 15.
Now has this perhaps managed to work its way through your cognitive resources? That's what a surrender to us means - no one gains ANY advantage from your continued existence - except you, of course.
