Bonjour
Monsieur Fabento, your communication to us is most intriguing. Your group is well known for attacking Gallic Junkers just for the fun of it. That cannot be simply ignored, even then we were forced to open access to our base's to yourselves. Which means you already can dock at our base's.
So with the pleasantries over you are requesting that we give you access to our base's and in return we no longer get attacked by any and all your operatives. And you have informed us that your faction's leadership has changed in the matter of us Gallic Junkers.
Well, I see this may be something as a beginning or may be not. I think we Gallic Junkers would want far more in return then has been said to us. To cover your previous hostilities as one would say. But in the mean time you are free to visit our base's on the condition of no attacks on any Gallic Junkers. Just make damn sure no Gallic Royal Navy Pilot's ever see you using our base's, unless it's Monte-Carlo Freeport as no colonial law is held in that system.
However saying the above, we expect something in the future. It may be in the form of your service's or something else entirely.

Bonjour, Miss Marine
I hope that it will be so good for your people. And don't worry about Gallic Navy corporations and others. They won't se us everywhere, and they won't see ut at your bases.
As you told that you hope about continuation of our relations. I hope that our council will speak about this situation.
It is also a pity to me your pilots. We will try to fill it.
