In accordance with our agreement to deliver Xenobiotic filters to Itabashi station, we were supposed to be given permits for the export of certain goods out of Kusari space. However we were recently informed by the Kusari Naval Forces, that our agreement with you was void. In addition, one of our pilots reported seeing a Kusari Naval Forces group working with a known pirate. What is going on over there? We would like an explanation since we have grown to trust your people over our time working together.

Thank you for the quick response. We are simply looking for fair treatment and payment of the debts owed to us. While we have had problems with the old Kusari government in the past, the Kusari State Police have always been honest and fair when dealing with us.
