As well our goals would be Unite all Sirius. And as for our Transponders, I guess your meaning our Identification papers we use Freelancer , As for the Frontiers They don't care how or what happens to one like me I and just looking for another source of income the navy don't pay at all for repairs. I'm not sure how much use a single Repair Ship is in the big scheme of things - but if you encounter a Hellfire Legion combat force out there, and you can find them... you're welcome to offer your repair services. I will leave it to the commanding officer in the field to accept your help or turn you away.
If you've got the skills, too, you might do another thing. The Legion is always in need of high-quality manufactured goods for things we cannot manufacture on our own. Things like Engine Components, High-Temperature Alloy, Superconductors, Super Alloy, and Xenobiotic Filters. If you can find these, I would suggest selling them at Freeport 4. The IMG staff will pay you well enough, and then the Legion will acquire those goods from them. Of course, if anyone asks - you're only trading with the IMG.
