From the Office of the King, Ministry of Defense
Submitter: General Matthieu Reynaud
Recipient: High Lab Proprietors
Message Start:[color=#FFCC33] Bonjour proprietors of High Lab base,
you may have expected this after your jump wave anomalies instigated a system-wide search yesterday.
We have located your base and have evidence of who is supplying it, however out of politeness we thought it best not to broadcast details, but allow you first refusal at elaboration. The only information that seems to be publically available is "Remote space station. No further data available." we though it may be nice to let you provide some more data.
Signed,
General Matthieu Reynaud
Kingdom of Gallia

Bonjour, monsieur Reynaud.
First, I want to apologize for the delay in response. So happens, several last days I was very far from any communication facilities so was unable to respond promptly. Take my apologizies, please.
Second, about station. My fault. I understand that I had to register it properly. I was going ... but was too keen on research. This old, abandoned installation contains so many scientific secrets!
Monsieur, I admit my guilt and beg for mercy of the Сrown. In nearest hours I'll finish all paperworks and sent registration form, payment and penalty for violation base registration procedure. (I ask you provide sum and name of recipient. monsieur.)
Docking rights for Royal Navy and Police ships already granted.
With respect
Professor Rene Normann, New Paris Royal University, Head of Department Exobiology and Extraterrestial Sentient Life
thank you for your reply, we are pleased indeed to notice you are a practising scientist, we applaud la poursuite de la connaissance and in principle would not wish to hinder your research.
However, this does raise the spectre of "your" research, whilst realising science is for mankind we also must consider the potential political dimension. We need to make sure that any discoveries are linked to the benefit of Gallia and not for those forces that seek to destriy our way of life.
Could you indicate which ships and what affiliations may be expected to have a need for visiting this base.
As mentioned we have no problems in principle, but the devil is in the detail. In this case the detail may ultimately revolve around the visitors we may be happy to see in that area.

Bonjour, monsieur Reynaud.
Thank you for your reply, monsieur! About affiliation of the ships and other details. As you, possibly, know already, some years ago station was found by freelancer. He could not make proper use of it and came to me... so I well payed him for his luck. But I was unable to wipe information from his head. His name is Nicolau Coelho, from ship Berrio. Also, I contracted several traders for supplying, mostly gallic corporations, but also one Kusari ship, from Kishiro Technologies, I believe. I hate to admit it, but these sirians are ahead of us in some areas of research. Not at all, of course! So, there are: freelancers, gallic corp (Solar mostly), Kishiro.
Now about "my" researching. Surely, you know about so-called "nomads" or "k'hara". They are hostile sentient lifeforms, quite dangerous, as appears. Several years ago sirians houses were under attack from these lifeforms and only because pure luck this attack was unsuccessful. Happily, our loved Gallia yet avoid direct contact with these monsters, but I sure that any possible threat should be analised and prevented before it kicked in our doors. So I conduct research of those "nomads". Distant position of station and good defence, which I managed to build, provide that there no danger to civilian population.
Thanks for your attention, general Reynaud. If you need more information, monsieur, I ready to provide it. I also welcome you to inspect station personally, as I mention before, docking rights to GRN| ships already granted.
With respect

Thank you for furnishing further information and thank you for programming the base to receive GRN and GRP docking protocols.
We are very interested in your research endeavours and you have the potential of supplying vital information that may be of merit.
Consequently we are keen to process the base paperwork and of course inform the crown vessels of the legitimacy of the base.
Of course the permit would include some restrictions due to the nature of your research, we would hate for details to fall into the wrong hands.
We need not go into the specifics of these restrictions as these details are not needed at this level. We suggest you now liaise with the GRP who will finalise the precise details and we direct you to their specific enquiries office, http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?...pic=126714
