New SCRA Recruitment Method

As SiC, and since I stole the cookie from the cookie jar, Joey pushed this on me.

The SCRA is looking for feedback regarding our new recruitment method: Click Here

The purpose of the change up in recruitment was to make the SCRA more accessible and process recruits more quickly. Some recruits did leave due to the amount of time it took. While this does rob us of the killing of people, we'll manage.

Flamers, Trolls, and other assortment of magical creatures (Excluding ponies, as Jayce scares me far more then Joey), will be dealt with by VLR Compact* Lobotomy to the cerebral Cortex.




























* = VLR Compact is the SCRA ball-bering firing assault rifle of the SCRA.

This is the only part I`ve found out strange, because Militsioner = Police officer.
Sure thing it could be long time while this rank is being implemented in SCRA system, but I find it a bit strange.

On the other hand everything else looks pretty much legitimate.

I was friends with Alvin and two of my characters got denied way back when. (One nearly got his arm torn off)
