You guys in USI have some security personnel, right?
You train 'em on your own, right?
You train 'em in... taking back captured vessels, am I correct?

So... We have a few guys I need trained in taking back those captured vessels. Kinda.
They're great warriors. They only need some technical knowledge, some specific tactics and so on.

In return, we'd give you some of the ships... taken back by them.
