Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren.
Yesterday, during patrol, we ran into a troubling sight in Stuttgart. A freelancer , called Edwin.van.Cleef flying one Rheinwehr Gunboat with Republican Shipping IFF signals , claiming he was authorized by Rheinwehr High Command and is on a top secret mission in service of Rheinland.
Further more, the before mentioned Freelancer disobeyed Polizei orders and actually fired on RFP vessels in Omega-11. Then he ran back to Solarius Station, where we were unable to find him yet.
I hereby request information if this pilot was actually granted with such vessel , as I would be most disappointed in this case.

Herr Direktor,
It's the first time we hear about this individual, be assured that he wasn't authorized to use one of our Gunboats, nor is he on a top secret mission for Rheinland.
In fact, he more looks like a traitor, and disobeying orders from the Polizei, as well as shooting them, only supports my thought and I'm sure we both know what happens with traitors.
