President John Doe,
I'm contacting you today because I feel that it is time to put an end to the divide that previous leaders of Interspace Commerce have caused between our companies. I recognize that these troubles were solely the fault of my company, and would like to open communication so that we can make amends. Our two companies are cut from the same cloth, and should rightfully be allies, not enemies.
I am also contacting you today because of a situation that may potentially threaten our beloved Republic. It seems possible that Kusari will block the export of Plutonium from GMG space to the Liberty Navy, a supply chain we have been working hard to keep open. If this does come to pass, we will still be able to export raw Helium-3, which your company has the ability to refine. This could prevent a shortage of supply for both navy and civilian transportation. A spike in fuel prices due to a shortage could also negatively impact the Liberty economy, hurting us all.
I hope you will take the time to consider my proposal and respond so that we may begin to sort through this quagmire. We seek nothing from you anymore except frendship and shared prosperity.
When the words Interspace Commerce appears in my inbox,
generally I get the feeling the hounds are nipping at my heels
about something else, but this message I receive today is
not from an angry pitbull, but a lady who can take responsibility
and is prepared to move on. Contacting us with the interests of
Liberty dear in your hearts is a sure way to start collecting the
much needed brownie points you will require if you are to settle
all grievances there is between Interspace Commerce and other
Liberty corporations.
I am pleased to announce that we accept your offer, and with
your future deliveries, we will be able to increase production
by 33% in the next quarter, and a further 17% in the next.
In relation to this up in supply, it makes available to the relocation
project Deep Space Engineering facilitates more jobs for the
displaced peoples of Bretonia.
It has been a pleasure, Ms Shoemaker, and we will contact you
with a report of your supplies in the very near future.
