This statement's purpose is to make clear that Xeno Alliance, as the official xeno faction, is not to be confused with two xeno groups that recently showed up in Colorado. First of those is tagged [99%] and another is easily recognised by "Allerton" names.
While we're here to support all the xeno indies, we find the multiple reports of their actions mostly troubling.
And while those two groups seems to abide the server rules, they stretch the ID restrictions and rules themselves to something we would never accept in our ranks.
Our interpretation of Xeno RP is also somewhat different. As we find foreigners to be the greatest threat to libertonian economy and cause of most of trouble, our purpose is not to kill them but to keep them away from Liberty.
In case of libertonian independent traders and freelancers, it's even more obvious. They're the families and friends of workers for which we're fighting. We find killing them only the last resort.
Considering the fact that such an ID is exploited in a way that causes so many unpleasant situations, we will consider requesting some changes to the ID itself and we will discuss other possibilities with admin team.
Also, to make this a wee bit more constructive, the independent traders and freelancers you are talking about are the prime importers and exporters of foreign goods. They deserve to have their ships scrapped. Noone "dies" with such nice things as escape pods at everyone disposal. A very weak excuse there, mate.

Perhaps you would care to enlighten us about these cases or?
As far as I see Xenos are a pretty dead player base... if as you are saying there are two new groups of people playing as Xenos surely thats a good thing?
Mike... They're called "Xeno Terrorists" for a reason. Not "Xeno Protestors". Blowing up non-Libertonian ships, engaging in a campaign of terror designed to drive foreigners out is, at least in my eyes, fair roleplay for them. That it isn't the XA-'s way of doing is all fine and dandy, but not neccesarily wrong "Xenos" roleplay.
Learn to distinguish - heck, open an IRP dialogue with them and get them to understand why you do things differently, they might change their ways if they get an explanation why. Why does the XA- tiptoe around burning their enemies down? Is it to prevent the navy from cracking down on them? Or the LPI?
Contrast: We've had similar issues in IMG| - with certain factions not abiding by the passive/cooperative stance the main faction takes. IMG| prefers negotiation and cooperation, instead of direct conflict, where possible. Several other factions using the IMG ID in the past did not - The RF when they were using IMG equipment to hunt Kruger and Daumann down, the ICMG's agressive stance against Gallia... to call a few examples. It's all good as long as folk remain within the bounds of their ID and keep rule 0.0 in mind: Be excellent to eachother. Everyone wants to have fun on Disco after all.
Also Shemkel: Please clarify how you feel the ID is exploited, in detail. What part of it is being stretched, and why is it a bad thing?

not if such groups abuse the "can engage everyone" ID "limitation" to get their pvp fix...
I think it's the mentioned "Terrorist" which confuses people.
If i got it right, they are not a nazi-like group, killing/executing all foreigners, but more of economical terrorists, trying to cause damage to foreign corporations which are seemingly "bleeding out" the local economy.
["Hah foreigner, we take your cargo, and now get back to where you came from." Instead of "Hah foreigner, speak your last words, you're about to die]
However, i'm not exactly a specialist on that particular faction.
