Greetings.
This is a dual transmission to the Bounty Hunters Guild Core units
and the Confederation of Freeports. The message includes the information
of a potential infested battleship and the endangerment of Freeport 11 respectively.
Earlier today at ~09:44 Standard Sirius Time, the JZ jump group I encountered a "Mako'' class battleship named the Imitator.
During the encounter, the ship vessel was transmitting odd static
and the captain of that ship was constantly maneuvering into the
jump zone range, even after asked and later- demanded to clear
the vicinity around the jumper numerous times.
The Silver Whale and Cake Whale were immediately
destroyed within the Freeport's defense range.
I do not know how a ''5 year old admiral'' got his
undeveloped hands on a Mako, but we now forward
this evidence to you, Guildmasters as well as the Confederation of Freeports.
As for the CoF, note that in the guncam shots
we see our mutual friend, Marvin James Orphelia
is there as well. His own dialogue seems most interesting.
We can provide more evidence if it is needed.
We want to try and deal with this via diplomacy
before we take it to a higher authority.

Greetings.
Glad to hear. Now we just need to inform the newly appointed representative of Freeport 11 as well.

Thankyou for contacting us directly regarding this incident. This captain has crossed our desk several times in the past. I have one question for you, and it requires your complete honesty.
Were you, or any of your vessels, carrying nomad biologicals at the time of this incident?

Guildmaster Stoat, thank you for your timely reply.
Although, I do have to apologize about the delay in mine.
Sadly, I personally was not a part of the operation done that day,
as I was busy attending a meeting elsewhere. However, the crew
of the Mother Whale, especially the section stationed at the cargo bay
informed me of no unusual cargo aboard the ship at that given time.
This may not sound like a solid answer, but the nature of our destination
and the authorities controlling it demand our ships to be scanned upon
entry, so carrying any nomad remains would be unwise for us at all.
We use Delta as a resupply point, so we do not partake in the daily
activities and have full trust in the patrols around Freeport 11 to dispatch
any and all nomad threat. But still, while the question is sound, I must ask.
What would that have to do with blowing up transports carrying irridium?
I will provide proof of the cargo during the jump session as soon as I can, sir.
Until then, you have my word, as much as one of a zoner counts.

You don't know me. But Im a Guidkeeper of the Core. I first heard about this incident last night. I tried to meet up with some of your ships in Delta yesterday but they docked before I arrived at FP 11. Know that the JZ are not on the Core's target list. The only reason for a Mako to engage your ships could have been refusal to hand over dangerous nomad remains. However, from the comms you have provided all I can distill is some sort of piracy.
Normally, 5 year old admirals are recruited by the Order. Crude as the Core may be, we don't use child soldiers. (They're too easily killed) The Mako captaib in question is a known fool. If you could provide us with a list of the goods carried that day it would clear matters up.
Then we can take it from there.
For future reference, if this Mako attacks you again (for no reason) feel free to bomb it to nothing. Or call us in and we will do it for you. But we need to know what you were hauling that day.

Again, I must apologize for the late reply. JZ is undertaking a change in leadership, things are a bit hectic.
I have now received verification that the cargo during the time of the encounter was the following:
3600 units of Hfuel
Leftover Deuterium from the previous jump
Irridium.
No other cargo was present on any of the JZ ships during the encounter. As for us being free to shoot this
man, I must remind that we have no means to do that. Cargo ships tend not to have anti capital ship guns.
I would like to ask if the representatives of the Core have any intention to put a leash on this captain.
Simple as that. Point is, we could have complied with his demands, unreasonable as they were. But the way
he demanded his tribute was more than enough to put it under consideration. All I ask is to know what you think.

What we think, is our business. What we don't want you to think is that we will allow the foolish behavior of this wayward Mako captain to endanger lives we do not seek to end.
We will have a talk with him if we find him in space. If he should threaten / attack you again, contact a Core pilot. We will deal with it.
The JZ are more than welcome in Delta and should not be treated as you were by this dumbkopf.
