The submissions should be done on this frequency, however we accept private transmissions as well.

Dear Mr Menbelt,
First of all, may I congratulate you on taking on the Administration of the base; it is no easy task I can assure you, but I am sure with the help and support of Bretonian Corporations, you will succeed.
However, for Borderworlds Exports or Crown Services to help you in your endeavours, you will need to remember to include 'Bowex' on your communications!
So now that we have that out of the way, to business.
You have said in a previous communication that you intended to construct an 'active defense grid' around the station. As you may know, Kings Cross Station has such a grid and we would be pleased to assist in the construction of your Weapons Platforms, for the right price, of course.
If you wish to discuss this further, then please reply at your earliest convenience. I will not put any further detail into this communication, I would not want to enter into negotiations on an open channel. Suffice to say, we will need to agree on docking permits, commodity prices and of course, an agreement on Gold Ore price to the benefit of KCS and WMS.
I look forward to your reply Mr Menbelt,
Yours in service to the Realm,
Mr J. Barnes
