i have the trong need,to change my name into: Edison.Trent
but it apears to be,that the character has already been taken.
and the owner from that character is still active with that character,as i found out for the last few month,s
it also seems to be,that he doesnt post anything on the forums.
But maybe he does read this topic,so it might be worth it to post my Negotiation request here after all.
i do this,as i wonder if he would mind,to sell the actual character to me.
it would be much apreciated.maybe we could meet ingame,to have an word about it?
i offer you 1 Billion credits,if you agree on me taking it over from you.
in that case,i would also like to take-over your forum name.
i will offer another 500 million credits,if you wouldnt mind doing so
do you accept this,or do you walk away?
please let me know.

This section is specifically meant for buying ships from other people. And although you're kind of trying to do that here, this thread would probably be better off in Discovery RP 24/7 General Discussions.

However, note that you can contact that character directly on the server using the /PM command. Type "/pm Edison.Trent [your message]", and he'll receive your message.

IIRC, Fletcher is the one who has continued Trent's story. Similarly, I got the Jun'Ko Zane character SRP'd back in .85, but it's since expired. Now, I would suggest waiting a bit before going for a SP character. You are constantly barraged by people saying "//u cnat b trent/zane" and it's pretty frustrating because nobody takes you seriously.

People also see a lot of noobs running around as Trent/Jun'ko that chose those names because they thought it was cool

I was going to mention it when I first saw this, I assumed it was an unwritten rule that no-one would try to be any major character (approved SRPs obviously show enough competency though).
