GMG TERRITORY LAWS
Updated 04Apr2012 (818 A.S.)
4. Spacecraft Directives
4.1 The following ship classes are prohibited from entering GMG Space without prior permission from one of the five active Guild Masters or Paramilitary Commander of GMG:
Destroyers, Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Dreadnaughts, Carriers.
Zoners are excluded from this restriction.
4.2 Foreign police or military ID'd vessels are only allowed inside GMG Territory under the following conditions:
They are invited by a GMG Paramilitary pilot. There are treaties where exceptions exist.
They may be escorted at the discretion of the GMG pilot.
The Rheinland Military Cruiser known as the [H&K]-Koblenz was caught trespassing in the system of Okinawa, GMG space. When the Koblenz was asked to leave and never return to GMG space, the Guild pilot issuing the order were met with hostility by the Koblenz and thus the Guild pilot took necessary action to enforce Guild law.
The incident that started at planet Miura, Okinawa, continued into Honshu as the Koblenz fought a fighting retreat into the system. Fortunately, the KSP were on standby ready to assist the Guild. Unfortunately however, the brave KSP pilot was shot down by the Koblenz shortly after arriving to the scene, while desperately attempting to solve the situation without bloodshed.
Moments later, the Koblenz was finally destroyed by the combined forces of the newly arrived KNF Destroyer Asagao and two GMG pilots.
In GMG space, GMG word is law. We don't care for your tolerance or your petty demands. Stay in Rheinland, and stay out of private space.
Are you joking? I see no evidence to justify an attack on our convoy! The only thing that I see here is, an cargo scann our unit. And that is your evidence?
Jes, we use Military IDs. But why he was attacked in Honshu?
And why your unit has not stopped the fire, as it was called?
I see this as an act of aggression! Against us and Rheinland!
You have 24 hours time to fix the damage! Otherwise we are obliged to take measures!
The clock is ticking.

Let me assure you, SkyNet, that we are most serious and humourless when it comes to defending our sovereign space from foreign warships and invasions. The Eighty can attest to that.
And you seem to be confused. We're not required to provided you with any evidence, at all, not that we would care to for that matter. This is not a court or a trial. This is GMG sovereign private space, and you're not welcome here. If you come here, we'll just shoot you again. That's all you need to know.

The opportunity to smoothly solve the Koblenz's violation of Guild Law was lost with its display of utter disrespect of our sovereignty and intolerable behaviour towards our people. Due to the rash actions of the Koblenz, and subsequent nature and intentions of the H&K Group as a whole, the H&K Group are now branded as outlaws in and about GMG space.

2.4 Pilots associated with the following group(s) are banned from GMG Territory due to their crimes against the Guild and/or its allies, and are to be classified as criminals:
GMG pilots are authorized to use deadly force to eliminate criminals in GMG Territory and in space there treaties with exceptions exist. Harboring of these criminals is a crime.
To properly announce the revision and addition that we've made to Guild Law, neighbouring House governments along with their military and police forces have been sent full copies of this transmission channel.
