Unofficial factions database

I remember Dusty Lens tried to run something like this a while back but it never worked because people showed little interest. However, times have changed so I'm asking you again if something like this should be made. This would mean a topic where someone can find links to information about all the unofficial groups and factions, like faction pages, forums, recruitment threads, watering holes and so on.

Now about this second question. I was thinking to create a database, inRP this time, that would contain all the known information about the factions in Sirius and Gallia. This would mean to have people gather intel in game from players of those factions, from their enemies and from their friends and make a list. This involves lots of work, unlike the ooRP factions database.

If I get enough positive feedback and votes I'd be happy to start working on any of these versions, or both.

A general database makes sense, but the inRP would be much too difficult, because factions that are operating more in the background or in secrecy like my 141|, it would perhaps mean to give out some information, that inRP is not that known or only to some other factions. Or if we filter it, there would not be much left for the public eye. So that makes not much sense.

Apart from that, I approve a database for unofficial factions!

That's spammed with recruitment posts, roll calls, other stuff and it's too big and has to go on multiple pages so a simple CTRL+F won't work if I want to find something fast.

Yes, you're right, a secret agency / group / faction wouldn't give much details about its activity but others could come up with rumors or some other information. For example, 141 fights BHG in ABC System all the time. When we ask BHG, they might say something like: "We're fighting these days all the time in system ABC; they probably have a base there. I repeat, this will be completely inRP and could contain lies or other stuff but it would be a tool that's publicly available on the neural-net.
