Freelacer server system requirements

I own a AMD FX6100 3,3/3.6 Ghz(can go to 3.9ghz for 3 cores), 8 Gb of RAM and I want to know if it's enought to host a freelancer server with 200 players online(in theory) with no lag/delay + daily gaming?
Network connectionis a 60mb/s optical fibre.(around 40-60ms ping on official discovery server)

Why would you? It will end up like any other of the 30+ empty servers.

I only wanted to know if it will can handle 200 players, not to open one..this is why i write "in theory".

ii guess it works on band width. i mean a Strong one.

otherwise a 2gig ram...hmm..normal Cpu + a good OS (not edited ones) could do the trick.....

In that case, I would recommend a singlecore processor dipped in holy water and the finest wine you can find. Then again, I hear some got around the multi threading issue.
