Bonjour and salutations. I am Piers de Champagne, the officer in command of a Council gunship CLN-Soufre. This message is to secure permission from you to bring and operate a Council Obstinate-class heavy cruiser in the systems of Leeds, Newcastle, and rarely New London (mostly for access to Southhampton Shipyard). This vessel has not completed its retrofit yet, but is due to be spaceworthy and ready for shakedown within the next week.
