On behalf of Platinum Incorporated firstly let me thank you for your recent deliveries of Ship Hull Panels to our Headquaters. As your aware although there is no immediate need for any more, we are looking for a long term supply of both Robotics and Industrial Materials.
You are also aware that we currently (and will for all future projects) require shipments of Polymers and Robotics. We have set in place arrangements to fulfill our appetite for Polymers. However we are interested in your possible offer of supplying us with Robotics on a long term basis. Your rough estimate for pricing is respectable we are keen to enter negotiations regarding future shipments.
We await to hear from you regarding your acknowledgement and any offers in terms of what pricing.

As scout for business opportunities for Omicron Supply Industries (further: OSI). I am proud to see that you have taken interest in our services. We have gone through a number of scenarios with different manufacturer and have come up with the following proposal:
Quote:We hereby offer you a non-exclusive trade agreement with Omicron Supply Industries, meaning that the mentioned commodities can be transported by yourself or a third party at your own discretion.
Upon the condition that Platinum Incorporated informs OSI via neural net* in a timely maner of any shortages in a) money on station, b) platinum ore, c) cargospace on station, OSI will deliver the following commodities to the following prices to Alberta Bound:
Industrial Materials: 2250 SC/u
Robotics: 2300 SC/u
Polymers: 2400 SC/u
All commodities will be produced by and bought from lawfull contractors.
*Including but not limited to: Neural net channel of the base [//Base thread] and the official neural net channel of OSI [//Communication Channel].
On a more personal note:
I chose to offer you a non-exclusive contract, because most transport-captains of OSI are independent contractors and we simply do not have enough employes to guarantee a steady supply to yet another base, especially if it is very far away from our base of operations.
Because we rely heavily on independent contractors, who may or may not choose to supply your base, you are entitled and encouraged to make special limited arrangements with any of our transporter-captains in order to encourage them to supply your base.
By making special arrangements keep in mind that all prices are calculated in such a way, that trading with your station is neither better nor worse than trading with any other station in our extensive trading network.
Our large trading network may be of great use for you, if you choose to upgrade your base or build a module. Having said that, we strongly recommend you to build at least one storage module if you haven't already. Because as experience showed us only 30'000 cargo capacity will sooner or later lead to problems.
Thankyou very much for you offer of a non-exclusive trade agreement. We are keen to accept but must go over a few details.
Firstly we understand and agree with your reasons for a non-exclusive contract. As you may know we are a core lv 4 class base with 4 storage modules built. The bases infrastructure cannot carry any more additions to it so we won't be needing any large supply of materials from OSI to build modules for this base. Hence we are only needing smaller quantities of materials (for the sole purpose of Docking moduel construction) compared to other bases you supply.
Secondly:
-We can readily accept your offers to supply robotics for 2300 SC/u
-We already have in place measures where independant traders supply us with Industrials for 700 SC/u. Your welcome to ship these to us and we could negiotiate in price slightly however that figure is far enough below yor offer that I suspect that it wouldn't be profitable for you to ship those to us which is absolutely fine.
-We thank you for your Polymers quote but we now have the resources to supply our base with all the polymers we need so won't be buying from any external sources at this moment.
-Furthermore some of your ships earlier had shipped Ship Hull Panels to us fpr 4000 SC/u and we are happy for this to continue to. We consider OSI supplying us with Robotics and Ship Hull Panels the most crucial to our operations at the present time.
Whatever you decide you can ship to us, we'll regulary update our base thread with details on which of the materials we need. Also it states when the base is in Sell mode and how much ore is left.
*Note that the ore sells quickly and the thread likely won't be updated enough to keep up with exactly how much is left.
If it's possible for further transmissions to be sent directly to our base thread that would aid us in our admin and would lead to a faster responce time as well.

Yes we've heard of some companies that offer cut-price services and I dare not to think about how they manage to operate at such low cost. We at OSI, however, have to guarantee social plans and fair working conditions for all our employes as well as independent contractors. That undoubtedly rises our cost and that is why we loose some trade contracts.
However, we are one of the most popular employer in the trading sector and are honored for our fairness from towards customers and employes all the like.
With that being said, I like to take this opportunity to sum up our agreement so I can integrate your base properly into our company trading network.
Quote:Alberta Bound buys:
Ship Hull pannels (if needed) at 4000 SC/u
Robotics at 2300 SC/u
Alberta Bound sells:
Platinum ore at 4500 SC/u
If this is correct, we wait for confirmation and then we can start using your station's neural net link for further communication.
I'm very pleased to announce that we accept the proposed trade agreement. This partnership will allow our pilots to focus further towards our mining efforts and will bring a great profit to us both. For further details of materials in demand as well as Platinum ore status I refer you to our station's neural net link. If anything needs clarifying don't hesitate to contact us.
