Hello there. A few freelancers, are wishing to build a base in Texas.
We would like to keep the location only known to the liberty navy so if you are willing to permit, we can continue this over private comms.

We will be named "Ravenholm Station" and will serve as a resupply hub to passing travelers and of course the Liberty Navy (Any with [LN])

We are wondering what the cost of this is, and the details of allowing our small (will only be class 1 no bigger) station to function.

A group of freelancers requesting permission to build a base is honestly surprising.
You might be aware that the Texas system is considered a warzone, the Rheinlanders assaulting it very often.

So, I need a few questions answered to understand your request a little bit better.

- Will you allow people considered as criminals by the Republic of Liberty to dock and resupply on your base?
- Will you allow [LN] personnel full access to your base for inspections, 24/24, 7/7?
- Will you stock any kind of good on your station?
- Will you place it close to any currently existing installation? (Sugarland, Houston, etc...)

Here are the prices established by the Republic concerning base regulations.

These zones are as follows -

• Zone 1: New York
• Zone 2: California, Colorado, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Texas
• Zone 3: Alberta, Kansas, Minnesota
• Zone 4: Cortez, Galileo, Kepler, Magellan, New Hampshire, Quebec, Yukon

The fees per zone are as follows -

• Zone 1: 60 million credits per month.
• Zone 2: 50 million credits per month.
• Zone 3: 40 million credits per month.
• Zone 4: 30 million credits per month.

The money is to be paid to Ferris.Dufresne , but please answer the questions first.
