The good news is that we managed to heavily damage the ship. The bad news is that we require an explanation as to how Rheinland managed to acquire this.... ship of yours... especially a Battleship.

A Kusari battleship operated by a crew from Rheinland and fighting alongside Rheinland navy is ridiculous.
Kusari Republic isn't selling any war technology to any foreign house.
I heard you Libertonians had a tradition, making you play jokes on others during an entire day.

I imagine you're quite proud of yourself, no? Having replied to one of my Mid Command officers in the manner that you have. Now, you say that the Kusari Republic isn't exporting Military technology, and yet the evidence clearly indicates otherwise.
Now, maybe in Kusari it's prudent to deflect questions with snark and snide, That isn't the way it works in Liberty.
Now I highly doubt that your military leadership wants another round of high tension with The Republic of Liberty. I believe that Fleet Admiral Hale would probably like to avoid that as well...So, to get to my point, I highly recommend that you be forthcoming with any information you have regarding the ship in question.
Replying in the manner which you have, is simply unacceptable, and if that's how your people handle foreign relations, it's no wonder your people have such a reputation for being xenophobic.
As i said, such allegations are ridiculous.
It is simply impossible.
The heavy units we have at our disposal come either from the old Imperial fleet, or from the Republic shipyards.
Every single unit is under use.
Perhaps what you saw was a gross copy of our design patterns. Which may explain why the vessel was downed so easily.
If you are so concinced this vessel was built in Kusari, i could have a request sent to the parliament to allow me to share with the Liberty Navy our Shipyards workload.
I'm sure you would find quite interesting that, while doing so much effort to rebuild our fleet after the war with Bretonia and the envent happening in the Taus, we would still be able to hand over top grade technology.
Thus my previous answer.

I was simply seeking to discover what information your military might have regarding the ship in question.
If there is no information, that is fine...but I would ask that you not speak to officers of the Liberty Navy in the way you did previously.
In any event, there is likely not much to be done on your end, regarding the ship in question, I know that...But you can't blame me for seeking information, you know?

First and foremost I would like apologize for the rash-behavior of Admiral Baker here... Normally, the High Command does not send a transmission to a channel where a highly-capable officer is already handling the situation. I would like to note the "stress" that Admiral Baker has been experiencing lately... regarding matters in and around Liberty.
Secondly, your first reply wasn't what I expected of a Kusari Naval officer... this was suppose to be a formal inquiry about a foreign vessel in foreign hands... In any case your second reply has answered all my questions. Ari-ga-to for the quick reply.
Lastly, it would help if you would send message towards the Rheinland government regarding that vessel. Something short of a complaint regarding the use of your technology... stolen or otherwise.

My intent was certainly not to offend any of you. I expressed my disbelief in an improper way, and for this, i humbly apologies.
My subordinates often joke about my terrible sense of humour - or lack of any. They might be right.
That said, we will attempt to get the official position of Rheinland Military regarding this and, as a matter of good will, we will inform Liberty Navy about anything we may find without delay.
