I am requesting a Light Cloaking Devices for my 2 ships that I use to kill those pirates that bug Liberty. My 2 ships are a Ravens Talon and a border Worlds Bomber ( Cutlass ). I want to equip them with light Cloaking Devices for safety. when I might get ganked by those pirates, a Cloak could be very useful. this cloak will not be used to harm any Navy or Liberty corporations. This will only be used to protect me from battles. If you need my current ship loadouts or reputations, just tell me. I have gotten some bountys for you

Greetings, Liberty High Command. I recently received word that a relative of mine has passed away. He was a recluse, and for the past 7 years, had lived on a base in an unknown location. In his will, he left this base to me, with it's location.

I would like to request a permit to operate this base in Liberty space, as I do not believe my relative would have bothered with a permit. I would also like to apologize and offer an extra payment for the base's previous presence, in the likelihood he may have avoided paying anything at all.
