Greeting's Liberty High Command

I Cpt.Cobalt Horizon would like to request Permanent Residence Permission for a AI Cruiser Known as "Sv-17". i am aware that a vessel of its class must request permission to enter liberty space which is why i ask for a Permanent Residence Permit for the AI, as i can not all ways keep Track of where it travels but i do know it commonly travels to Alberta to defend the Platinum Corporation Miners, According to its Flight Records, though the Unit is perfectly harmless to Liberty Units and Civil Personal I assure you as I made sure to install safety systems and Device's to prevent Malfunction's, Glitch's, Accidents and Friendly fire when I had reconstructed it as a drone from its previous wreck, an example of one of these systems is that Weapons are De-active unless a Hostile Threat is Present, most commonly nomad presence or should the AI travel in a System with out a Jump Gate and Pirates be encountered, the only exception to the two events should they take place is that the unit is fired upon first, in that instance depending on the attacker ID the unit will ether defend its self and Engage the target with Hostility or away from the attacker and attempt to Leave the Area of Combat as it would do if attacked by Liberty Unit's.

As I am also Stationed in Liberty as apart of the Liberty Navy this would also make it easier for me to Upgrade and modify its systems as need be or when required as I would not have to leave liberty space via a Civil Transport to travel to Renzu Shipyards in Oita or Barrier Gate Station in Coronado.

The Units Priority's are:
Surveillance of Pirate Activity.
Information Gathering and Vessel Tracking.
Do not Bring Harm to Liberty Personal/Civilians.

Its Secondary Priority's As created by its self are:
Protection/Assist of Liberty Civilians and personal in Systems with out a JumpGate.
Follow Orders Given by Highest Ranking Liberty Unit.

This request has been denied. We have little to no proof of your intentions, nor any real guarantees that your behaviour will be as indicated. Furthermore reports from the Liberty Navy indicate the vessel in question has already trespassed within Liberty space, while in full knowledge of the law regarding non Libertonian capital vessels.
