Evenin'. I've been perusing the bounty boards and I have seen a lot of interesting stuff in the provided screenshots. Stuff I would like to have:
- See-through ships
- Sweet-looking icons in the hud
- Improved crosshairs
- A scanner mode that only show player ships
I'm paricularly keen on the last one. When operating in hostile territory, be it as a Pirate or Rheinland krieger, the scanner is always cluttered with so many red items that I'd have to keep scrolling down on it to see if more hostiles are inbound. Frustrating when engaged in combat with several targets in close proximity.
I'm also curious why aren't these improvements just bundled with standard Discovery 4.86, so we all have the same choices and options available to us "right out of the box"?

1. I'm not sure if this is allowed.
2. I've got two different custom huds, which I could send you via skype.
3. I've got such aswell.
4. Try to click on the ship icon in your hud for a few times. As you can see, it simply changes the 'mode'. Quite useful.

1. Ok I just saw some doing it without making any attempts to hide it, so I thought it was ok. Better leave than one for now then.
2.+3. Thanks I added you to skype.
4.. Sick! This is very handy. I can't believe I didn't know this...

See through ships is only from the players point of view when certain textures dissapear when playing with the quality on "low"
The see through thing is just handy to see where your shots land better. Some ships are too close to the camera making this difficult (fafnir) and others are so big (turtle) that it would be nice for them to be transparent so you can have both the advantage of situational overview (you can see where the shots come from in 3rd person view) as well as where you land them.
Also Narcotic I have a question. I installed all the files I got from you and everything looks awesome (thanks again), but I can no longer zoom in/out using the keyboard (ctrl+scrollwheel works just fine still) in turret view. Do you know how to fix this?

Uhm, I'm not having that problem (using the #1 HUD I've sent you).
Seems like the one, that you're using (#2) isn't compatible with .86 anymore.
But that's just a guess.
Seethrough ships is possible by adjusting a few MAT files - see the starport for howto's on this. MATs are not linked to the anticheat system as far as I know since they only contain textures, and do not affect balance in any way (and won't affect other clients).
