How much commodity buy/sell data do you want to see on the wiki? Its a bit of a philosophical question--flcompanion and flstat will tell you most of this as well, so omitting data from the wiki does not guarantee that people will go to in-game resources. So real question here is, what kind of reference should the wiki be?
Currently the wiki commodity pages list all of the bases that have non-default pricing. The in-game commodity data also tells you this for bases you've visited or were included in the /restart that you used.
Another flag that is available the bases that sell a commodity and are not limited to buying it. The current commodity pages do not display this flag. This data is shown in-game for bases you've visited or were included in the /restart that you used.
The next level of detail is showing the flhook pricing, specifically the ore buy points. This data is also available in-game, but you must visit the base to see it (it's not included in any of the /restarts). Some people think this should stay "secret" but I dont see the difference--once you visit the base you have it, which is the same threshold as all the other prices that are published.
One other thing is mining locations for mineable commodities. This would also comes from the mining mod config files. Show it or hide it? Note that the wiki already gives the full info on mining data already, so hiding it means removing some of the information that is already there. Also some people think it should be "secret" and since its dynamic it can be changed and wont be reflected in the wiki automatically.
There is a second consideration with dynamic data, in that it can be changed on the server at-will and the change wont be recognized in the commodity pages automatically. However this is a larger issue than just these sell-points: if server-side pricing is the future trend, then we should not show any of the buy/sell points at all since they will all become dynamic at some point. Basically if you think dynamic pricing should be hidden then all pricing should be hidden because it will all become dynamic at some point.
So, what do you want to see in the wiki, only a little bit of data (and expect people to use other resources), or all of it (even more than flstat and flcompanion can show), or something in between? Please post reasoned arguments, +1 posts will be ignored
