I believe it is sold on Mito Shipyards in the Blood Dragon guard system (there's two dock points with different ships, mind you) and one other place that escapes my memory. However, that loadout looks awful fishy...

Is that a recent photo? We all used Tizzys back like 6 months ago, then we switched for krakens, and as restrictions got tighter we recently swichted to solid daitos.
